JACKSON - Lee County Justice Court Judge Rickey W. Thompson was suspended from office for 30 days without pay, effective Thursday. The Mississippi Supreme Court announced the suspension and that Thompson will be fined $2,000 and assessed a $100 fee before he's publicly reprimanded in circuit court.
